In a very stressful divorce situation. Response phone call was fairly quick. Lawyer's name was George (CA). He was knowledgeable, concise, patient with my questions. Helped me with knowing what next steps my daughter should take and how to find a lawyer. Also helped me to understand the mistakes that have already happened and counseled that my daughter should file a grievance with the state bar.
