I have an extensive background in education and mental health; two Bachelor's of Science and a Master's degree. I signed up a year and a half ago. The program was a mess. It was one tech issue after another. I requested a refund and was told I could take a pause and resume when I was ready. I reached out a month ago, and it has been one hassle after another. I was then told I had to reapply for the program I was already accepted into and PAID for, which is not acceptable. I am being denied access to the content of my self-paced course, so I got nothing for the money I spent. I am spreading the word that this company does not provide good customer service. This is a company I will NOT recommend to anyone. They have shown themselves to be dishonest, unethical, and difficult. They can pitch you a great line, but there was no follow-through on their end.
