Cole was very efficient, professional and kind. We had issues with back flow and our hoses and he helped us get them resolved.

I was unhappy that my package was delivered to the wrong address which delayed things. However, Cole Lara was incredible with his assistance and getting the situation taken care of. He was emailing me with updates on the tracking of my package and I received it the next day. I have never had assistance with a order before like this. Cole went above and beyond to get it resolved. Fantastic customer service! I purchased the Bellagio 3 person sauna and decided to go here over Costco due to great customer service and speedy delivery. I was blown away at how quickly I got it. There was an issue with one of the panels where the wood was cracked and they were right on getting it figured out and sending a replacement panel. Couldn’t be happier with the service. A big shout out to Chris for all of his efforts to go above and beyond! I wanted to provide an update (6/30/26). Our saunas back panel had a small crack in it and they got a new back panel shipped out very quickly. However, it didn’t have any brackets on the new one and so we could not use it. The manufacturer was extremely difficult to work with and kept wanting me to jump through all sorts of hoops that shouldn’t have been my responsibility. They never took initiative to try to make things right from their end. Cole, from Peak Primal was the middleman and handled it all like a champ. He eventually got me a resolution I could be happy with! Cole is the man, and Peak Primal customer service is excellent!
