Jo was amazing she helped me to set up My Chart. I had been having problems for a while with trying to connect to the system. Jo made sure today that she did not just bark a lot of instructions at be and let me go. Jo was very attentive to my needs she stayed on the line until she made sure that what I had called in for was completed. Jo did her job with a smile that I could hear over the telephone. Such a welcoming relief. God bless you Jo . I truly appreciate you. Thanks.

Patient Connect has been an exceptional partner to our practice. The schedulers feel like an extension of our staff and have done a great job ensuring our patients feel well cared for. They are efficient and have freed up our front desk staff to focus on in-office patients rather than answering phones. I highly recommend Patient Connect - our practice has truly benefited from this partnership.

Patient connect has made a great difference in our center. The professionalism, empathy, and warmth with which they work reflect hard work, but they work with love. Thank you for your great service to our company.

I’ve had the chance to work with the team at Patient Connect, and it’s been a really great experience. They’re professional, responsive, and truly understand the needs of medical practices. The support for patient scheduling, especially with EHRs like Epic, has made things much smoother for us. Their team is friendly, well-trained, and always handles calls with care and professionalism. I also really appreciate how easy it was to get started with them—the onboarding was quick and seamless. If you’re looking for a reliable, US-based scheduling and answering service that just gets it right, I’d definitely recommend Patient Connect.
