This company is horrible!! Don't use them its not worth it. I have been waiting a month and my cord is still in china plus if i would of known that i would of never used them. Also now no one bothers to contact you when you request . they just take your money and don't care if you ever get your order. Company is a scam !!

The people are horrible for customer service! Ordered a replacement battery for a Dell over 2 months ago. They miss shipped it to a wrong zip code and after a month of me trying to work to get it routed correctly it was returned. 2 weeks now and all I still get is sorry but the courier warehouse will let us know and we will reship. I have confirmed delivery that they have it. Worst customer service, no offer to ship replacement, won't refund. I am just out the money for crap that never arrived from China. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, or you will regret it. UPDATE: After filing a complaint through PayPal, I received a refund of my purchase price today (it was free shipping). Still no further response from PCAO, but at least they game me back my money.

I ordered two parts, an adapter (cable) and a battery. The cable was good. The battery would not even begin to take a charge. After ten hours plugged into house current, it was dead. Part of their initial reply was in broken English. Their second reply was instructions as to how I should ship the battery back to China (at my expense) and then they would ship another battery. Maybe the next one would work. $34 down the drain. Avoid this group
