never, ever, ever but from them. They sent my order to the wrong address, and it is impossible to contact them. They don't have poor customer service, they have none.

The plus side is that the product actually arrived, albeit 15 days after being ordered. I wanted a test kit in a hurry, and three days after ordering, and a lack of response from Pinnacle when I emailed about the order, I went to Amazon. I ordered a similar product and it arrived in 2 days. Pinnacle BioLabs really need to sort out their pack, dispatch, delivery and communication systems. I thought I'd been scammed and had even contacted Visa to start a Dispute Case against the payment (which I canceled a week later, upon getting notifications that the product was in the postage system.) Ordering from this company added to my stress. I suggest trying Amazon first.

I should have read this page!! I purchased the PSA test kit based on a recommendation. The BioSpy collection device worked fine and I mailed my blood sample back with the prepaid USPS label. USPS tracking confirms delivery to their Nashville facility on May 6, 2026 at 8:47 AM. Their website explicitly states results are delivered within 5 days. It has now been 20 days. No results. No email. No communication whatsoever. I called their customer service number multiple times and got voicemail both times. No callback. I left messages. Nothing. They have my $89 and they have my biological sample containing my blood. Both gone with zero results delivered. I am now filing a credit card chargeback and moving to a real in person lab instead, which uses real phlebotomists, and has actual customer service. If you are considering this company for any health testing, especially something as serious as PSA screening for prostate cancer, do not waste your money or your time.

Wish I would of looked this up. Definitely a scam. I was sent expired urine lab strips. Will be contacting my credit card company now.

Do NOT order from this company. Don’t believe me? Call the customer service number on their website first. It’s disconnected. It’s a scam and you will be out $200+ bucks. Luckily paid with a CC and opened a dispute.

Customer service number on the website is disconnected. I paid for a box of 20 fit tests in the box that I received expired in less than 2 months. I wanted to return it and got no response from customer service by email and the phone number is disconnected. This makes me wonder whether the test even work properly.

This place is a scam. Not even sure if they truly exist. I paid for a PSA home test, received the test, sent it back, and heard nothing. And that's been 2 weeks ago. Two phone numbers I found are disconnected, and the address is nothing more than a P.O. box. I checked the BBB and there are multiple complaints. I used a credit card through PayPal so they didn't get my card number.
