Too many fees. And then they put the money on the card and when you go to withdraw it you are hit with decline fees because "money isn't deposited yet". How can that be? When I'm literally on the site looking at my balance at the same time and it says the money is there. Then they have the nerve to say they are doing this one time courtesy How are you doing me a favor when yall website is trash and yall illegally took my money. Another time They charged me a fee because it said I checked my balance after I withdraw cash? Make it make sense. Why would I need to check my balance if 1: I'm logged into the website and can see the balance and 2: If I just withdrew cash I can get the balance printed on the receipt with that transaction. So once again why would I need to check the balance on at an ATM. They make up a million excuses as to why they charge this or blame you for stuff you didn't even do.

Lots of fees, little convenience They charge fees for everything and there aren't a lot of options for places to use the card or to withdraw money from. If you have a choice, don't use it. If you have to use it due to a partnership with a donation facility, get your money off the card as soon as you can and use almost any other option - this company is terrible. Their app is also complete garbage, it doesn't work well, or at all most of the time.

My account was hacked and all my money was taken from me. How they let over 70 transactions in two days from Cashapp names like "Glitzy" and "Osama bin Laden" get through, I have no idea. This made worse by the fact that it took two MONTHS to get this resolved. I had to call repeatedly over weeks even after I won my dispute case for someone to refund the $1,000 taken from me.

App won't work on my phone because my version of android is up to date. Website won't show in network ATMs unless you create a login and give them more information. I would avoid using this company, business practices are very shady and customer service was extremely rude when I called to try and find an ATM that was in network.

These people will nickel and dime you to death.

They pick cents off every transaction you make. They can improve by closing down for good.
