I have transferred many times from germany to India(EUR to INR). transfers wont proceed suddenly, if it is during Holidays and weekends. One negative thing is that, we need to transfer first to the wallet and then to the INR account. This is sometimes boring. Whatsap support from paypenny team is always quick for me. Usually maximum of 2 days is the transfer time i have faced.
