They are fraud, I transfer money in May 2025 to India and it reached in the Dad account after 15 days. I do not know what they were doing with my money. The hold the money for many many days. I am frustrated and I uninstalled the app immediately with 5 of my other room mates. All of us are students and we was using this frauder app. Do not use, that ´s it. I wish I could rate them NEGATIVE, they do deserve even 1 star.

This is the worst app to send money abroad, My money was stuck for 8 days to be creditied into the account, my friend needed the money urgently but they don't even listen and when you enquire about the status of the transfter they will just send you copy paste template messages. They want me to put a fake review on google play store so they can add me to priority customer list and then my money will be transfer in (12-24) hours but it may take 24 to 48 hours. An absolute JOKE, STAY 10KM FAR AWAY FROM THIS APP

The app is a total fraud. They just take your money and hold it for as long as they want without considering the urgency. Rather than saving a few bucks go for reputed apps and stay away from this app

I transferred money from my Paypenny wallet to my Indian bank account on 04 August 2025. As of today, the funds have still not been credited.When I contacted their customer support, I was given inconsistent timelines and vague excuses that kept changing each time I followed up. No one could give me a clear reason for the delay or a guaranteed date for when I would receive my money. For a company that claims to offer fast and secure international transfers, this is highly disappointing. There is no transparency, no proper escalation process, and no accountability for delays.This experience has caused me financial stress and wasted my time chasing updates that should have been proactively communicated.If you value reliable service, timely transactions, and honest communication, I would strongly advise thinking twice before using Paypenny.

The worst experience. Money won't get transferred even after 7 days. Never ever use this. They attract customers offering 10paise more than Google rate, but they will hold our money for 5 to 10 days or more and do some kind of business with our money. Their customer support is meant to respond with predefined copy paste replies. Dont use this app.

Worst app. Please stay away. Please do not risk your hard-earned money for idiotic apps as such. My money has been stuck for over 20 days. A combination of fraud and scam evolved to be termed as PayPenny. Use envelopes for sending money instead of using this shit. Absolute shit and flop business. If PayPenny is reading this, lol your business is done haha!

PAYPENNY IS A JOKE. They market themselves like they're fast and reliable, but in reality, they are NOTHING but full of excuses. Once your money is stuck, good luck getting it out. Support just keeps saying, “Please wait,” “It’s weekend,” “It’s queued,” blah blah blah! I lost hours and peace of mind trying to chase down a simple transaction. How can they take people's money and leave them hanging like this?? Shame on this company for putting people through this nonsense. NEVER AGAIN!

Extremely Disappointed – App Failed in Emergencies I’m very sorry to say this, but people rely on this app during emergencies—and when the money doesn’t arrive on time, it can cause real harm. This is the third time I’ve had issues. I ended up sending money again through Remitly, which was much faster and more reliable. It doesn’t matter how competitive your exchange rates are if users can’t trust the service. At this point, there’s no faith left in this app for me. It’s been a complete waste of my time and money. Please fix these issues and create a more reliable, comfortable experience for your users.
