I initiated a transaction from my PayPenny wallet 5 days ago still that one is pending. I contacted them in WhatsApp many times but always some ready made responses and wasted my valuable time. I think all positive reviews are fake and their PR Team is only putting those 5* rated reviews. Don't be in their trap and waste your hardly earned money and valuable time.

This is so annoying to sent money from paypenny waiting from the last 7 days to get the transaction done. No one picks up the call and dumb excuses all the time from them.

Today I topped up my Paypenny wallet. The top-up showed successful, and even the money-sending process also showed success, so I thought everything was fine. But when I checked my bank account, I saw that the wallet money had been returned back to my bank. I sent the transaction screenshot to Paypenny on WhatsApp. Their reply was that my transaction was not done and that I needed to make a manual transfer. I followed their instructions and completed the manual transfer, but my wallet still has not been updated. When I asked again, they said to wait 1 more day, but I am still waiting. This app charges higher rates than other apps, but the service is very bad and not trustworthy. If you have time to waste, then maybe you can try sending money through this app. Otherwise, don’t use it — it is not reliable and has no respect for your time or your money.

THE WORST MONEY TRANSFER APP!! I was asked to write a "nice" review for this app and assured that all of my transactions will be completed in 24 hours timeframe "Guaranteed" Its been 4 days that my money has not been transferred and every day they send this message "We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Rest assured, we have promptly notified our dedicated team, and they are working diligently to resolve the matter swiftly." Do not trust this app or services if you are in urgent need of money. This app looks like a scam to me
