Totally scam i sent my money 750 euro on january 7 but i didnt get the monet not yet dont fell for this scam

The worst App I have seen since last 3 days they haven't processed my transaction and letting me know the same reason transaction is in process and it has been escalated. I don't recommended to download this app and face issues like what I have been facing from 3 days.

Very poor from the paypenny team, they asked you first to give good reviews by promising putting you in priority list and once you done, they don't even reply on helpline. It's been a week since I transferred money but still it is pending.

Shitty service, They say the transfer will be done in 24 hours but it takes at least 3 weeks to send your money . The Customer service team doesn't really fix the problem and they have the audacity to ask people to give them a review. Don't use this app. It's a scam

Avoid Paypenny – Extremely Slow Service and Poor Reliability ​I strongly advise against using Paypenny. My transactions consistently take a minimum of 10 days to complete, and even then, only after constant follow-ups via WhatsApp. Support typically offers the same generic excuses regarding weekend banking hours or "high transaction volumes" to explain away delays. There are many other providers that can complete the same transfer within 2 days. Save yourself the stress and use a different service.

Such a bad experience with this paypenny app. All the time it takes more than 20 days to transfer the money. More of that they always asked to review positive than only they give priority to our transection. If we will not give a positive feedback our transection will be delayed for sure. While i asked its more than 20 days and money still not reached they asked me to first send positive feedback. I don’t know what to say and what to do in this case. Hopefully for the last time my money got transferred by them as I am again waiting from last 15 days. Request all not to use such application who really dont care about the priority instead they want a positive feedback first then only they will take it on Priority. I do have screenshot where they clearly mentioned the same.

It's been more than 16 days my transfer is still in pending status. On reaching customer service several times still issues is not resolved. And their support helpline number is rubbish. Always goes to voicemail. Never trust this app. Once you transfer your money to their wallet, you are not allowed to get that back on the bank you transferred from. Bad experience with pay penny.

Really bad experience with paypenny. They asks me to put a good review about them so that they will add me as there priority customer and will thus can get the benefits like faster transaction (within 24 to 48 hours), priority support etc... But i made a transaction on 21st November and had to wait till december 8th to complete the transaction. I had made this transaction for my loan payment and had to complete the payment by Decemeber 1st, these guys messed up my emi payment. There are different platforms that can give better exchange rates than paypenny.
