I like that it includes even the rural banks of india . Only thing i dont like that this app is so slow. We have to add funds first in the account.

Hey, I am new to Pay penny app what i like about the app is it gave you good rates and what is not good is it took long time to transfer money so it basically for those who want to send money to their loved one’s with good price.

I have been using Paypenny for over a year. Overall, it’s a good app with great exchange rates, but the deposit process takes a bit longer than expected

They give best rates very often but they limit an individual transaction to £900. The main pain point is the unreliability of when the transaction is going to happen. A recent transaction took 7 days and after reporting to their customer support 5 times.

This app gives trumendes value in terms of exchange rate. However, need so much to imporive in UX, and Customer service department.

App is great..will send money next time too.

Service is so so.but exchange rate is best in the industry

Don't like this app when I sent money first time in July. My money was hanging 5 days somewhere in there system. Then I again try this app to send money in August 2nd. This time it took 2 days to transfer money in my dads account.
