The service is ridiculous. The SLA is 48 hours and you dont get the transfer completed even in 2 weeks. They just have a reply saying we are doing our best and we will resolve it soon.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I started a transaction 12 days ago. It took 10 days just for the funds to reach the Paypenny wallet, and despite the money being there, the transfer to the recipient's account in India still hasn't been completed. ​I chose this service for efficiency, but 12 days for a cross-border transfer is unacceptable. Never ever use this app ,very cheap services are provided by pay penny I sent money 13 days have passed and transaction has not cleared yet whenever I ask them they say 'we have escalated your issue we have prioritized your transactions by the end of the day your transaction will be cleared ' same excuse again and again other apps are much much better ,they cleared the transaction within minutes or hours but this app has very poor experience.

The paypenny is always making delaying on the payment transfer and I don’t think this is the good app for money transfer.

They will do first transaction on time and after that you hae run after them and they will do fake promises. Your money will get stuck & your peace too.

Absolutely terrible experience – avoid at all costs! I decided to try PayPenny because they advertise super attractive exchange rates and zero fees for sending money to India. Sounded too good to be true, and guess what? It was. They promise transfers will be completed quickly (they hint at 12-24 hours at most), but my transaction has been stuck for over 4 days now with no sign of the money reaching the recipient’s account. I initiated it expecting it to arrive within the promised timeframe, but it’s been nothing but delays, excuses, and generic WhatsApp responses from their so-called 24/7 support team that don’t actually solve anything. The worst part is the stress it caused – the recipient needed the funds urgently, but PayPenny’s slow and unreliable process let everyone down. High exchange rates mean nothing if your money is floating in limbo for weeks! There are much better and more reliable apps out there that actually deliver on their promises. Remitly, Wise (formerly TransferWise), or Western Union may not always give the absolute best rate, but they process transfers way faster (often same-day or next-day), have transparent tracking, and far better customer support. Don’t waste your time or risk your money with PayPenny – the “savings” on rates disappear when your transaction takes forever or goes missing.
