This application is a scam!!! The company do a good promotion through social media influencer and try attract more people but in reality this is a scam. I need to send the money to india and its been more than 3 day nor my money got credited in my penny wallet nor the technical support helped me in this. I would say that they don’t have any customer service support at all.

I have transferred funds for a medical emergency and it’s the 4th day with no update on my transfer status. It continues to show pending and there is no legit reason why this should take 4 days unless Paypenny are using customer funds to do intratrading. This is extremely unprofessional and I will never use this again

Hi all. I just want to let you know guys, please don't use this app. I did not have any option otherwise I would not give a single star for this app. I am going to share my experience for this app now. My friend told me to install this app as this app and was praising about it. I installed and called support for knowing the procedure as I wanted to send money to India. On the very first day they were very attentive but their technical issues are always terrible. It took more than 2 days to verify KYC and after that I was able to interac money to paypenny. After doing interac, they updated my wallet and then and only I could able to send money to India. My parents got money after 3 days and there was emergency for my parents to get money asap. These all procedure took almost 1 week. How come this is fair? After that, I got to know that, this app gives referral income, which is 10$, and also it shows 60.13 for 1$ for me and I read in the notifications that for new users it is 61.78$. So for getting benefit, I referred my code to my husband as we needed to send money again to India in large amount. I called support, no one responded. Any how we tried to do the same procedure but again KYC problem. We calledsupport, they told that, we have to forward your issue with the technical team, and she told that she is going to call us within 3-4 hours. But she did not call us. After more than 24 hours we called them back. Another girl received and she again told us to upload documents and wait for 3-4 hours. Now, if we have emergency to send money to our family how can we use this app? Even though one terrible thing is, in my app, notifications said that for new users rate is 61.78$ but it was not true. When we installed, we saw 60.91. And it is still going down. So there was no meaning to download the app in my husband's phone. So, I request you to not use this app because I found the customer service is not so good and wasting of the time at all. Thank you.

This is the scam on name of money transfer application. They are not transferring money

This application is really scam.They are not transferring money and gave same answer.so i really recommend dont use it. Its fraud and i also complain in uk government.

Scam. This is look like scam. I got same answer that mention in review.Site are delayed.Technical issues etc. Today I m going to complaints about paypenny to goverment of UK.

Really disgusting service, I have initialize transaction 3 days before and still they did not transfer money to my India bank account. I contacted support team through whatsapp and they keep saying some technical issue and we will get clear by today but not cleared till the date. so please I am highly recommended DON'T use it.

This is a money transfer service to India. I think this is a scam. They do not respond to customer service enquiries and have not transferred my money.
