Don't trust this app. They hold money long time. Customers service disaster. Nobody care about your concerns. They give you manipulate answers everytime. I want to give negative -5 start

Disaster I sent money 6 months ago and they realized it today that they have sent more money to payees and now have right to withheld my money in wallet

They hold my money I tried to contact customer care since last few days no one is taking my concern sincerely

Worst support, I had added GBP to PayPenny wallet and I intended to send it to India, but I have some urgent need here in UK to so I just want to withdraw my money. There support at first said it is not possible, pursuing further they said there is some issues with UK banking system and wait. After that said contact to legal team and given their email, which I send an email but no response so far. I have been following this up for more than 2 weeks but no avail. I am afraid this may be a fraud company and I have been looted my hard earned money. I will definitely seek legal advice. Guys please be aware.

It takes ages for the money to get delivered.And the customer service is not great at all.I called their customer service during today ie Monday at 11:40 and it disconnected my call after the message that their working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. Does my call of time doesn’t come under their working hours? I rather use Remitly and other good app for transaction even though they have transfer fee atleast its quick. Uninstalling this app

Very bad service. The same reply from the customer service team No Instant Transfer, always delayed in transfer.

I don’t like this app. Very disappointing. It take too much time to process and the staff is also very bad.
