Really its an hectic app to transfer, the representative tells it will be transferred within 1-2 days. But its been 3rd day and the money has not been transferred to the destination. The team does not know any technical things just they repeat like a parrot what has been thought to them. Till now my transaction is in pending stage and no timeframe when it will be completed. PLEASE DO NOT REPLY ON THEIR WORDS OR WRITTEN ON APP.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I have had the worst experience with this company's service, especially live chats where agents are extremely unprofessional and leave you hanging with no updates or response. The app is unable to support my request and yet the company is not refunding my money, claiming that its not feasible. There is no solution to my request and they just want me to keep the money in the app for absolute no reason. The customer support helpline never works and the live chat agents are of no use. I have been following up for one inquiry for over 2 weeks now but no one would give me an update on what's going on. This is a complete scam and the company does not care about their users at all.

I will not recommend at all , i did one transaction with details which were provided , then they return back money with 15 euro deduction . They give Account name and Bank name - so they said i should have mention account name not bank name as a benefiecary . we been doing tarnsaction since years -no issue in other app - Transaction details are given clear and tarnsaction done within 24 hour in other app So BIG NO GO , Just HEADACHE and in the END MONEY LOSS

I had made transfer from my account to wallet account for overseas remittance. It is more than a week and still it is not reflecting in my wallet account. Customer support team is giving standard reply of we are processing your request. Its very bad service and no proper solution for any query. Others are giving remittance instantly but paypenny is not able to find my money. Very bad experience, will never do any transaction with paypenny.

The worst app i would ever say .i have transferred money 1 week ago and the transaction is still pending i don't even know it will be completed or not. When i try to contact customer service they just give fake promises and time frames but the transaction remains pending. Don't trust this app . I will never ever gonna use paypenny again.

I have seen a lot of paid social media influencers talking about this app. They say they give better rate. I got into a trap and they first ask you to send them an interac transfer. Then they will say it will be deposited soon. Suddenly the status changes to completed transaction. Without any deposit of funds. They say it's processed and never give you any refund or help you.How to get my money.. any authority to kick them out of business. They are scammers.. I have all the evidences that I could upload.

One of the worst app i have trapped with it. Around one month i am begging my money to refund. They stop giving any response now and they will come back everyday with copy paste answer. I am strongly requesting to everyone to don’t fall yourself trap with them. They are not bothering about their customers and can say they are money seeking. Can someone give me advise how i can my money back from them please?
