Worst app to use. They keep your amount for at least 5-6 working days and customer support in puppet. They know nothing.

I have Initiated a transfer on March 24 and till now no update.I have been in touch with them (emails/messages) NO LUCK.I think Paypenny transaction is unreliable and not worth the stress when we are sending money to our loved ones.I Thing going forward I will be considering other platform.Lesson Learnt Thank You paypenny !

I done my transactions on 9/3/2025 Today is 15th of march till now they didnt transfer my funds Whenever i call them theyre telling me within 1 hour it should be done.

Delayed Transfer & Pending Issue I recently made a transfer through Paypenny Wallet on March 9, 2025, and the status has been stuck as "Transfer Pending" for quite some time. I expected a smoother and faster transaction process. There has been no clear update from customer support. This delay is frustrating, especially when dealing with international transfers. I request Paypenny to resolve this issue promptly and improve their service for better reliability. If this issue is not resolved soon, I may have to consider alternative platforms for future transactions

I made a transaction through the wallet from Uk to india. The money not arrived yet. The customer care doesn't bother to provide any clear information regarding the payment as i had provided necessary transactional details .

Peppenny took more than two weeks for my transaction and still no update and when I complain to customer service they say I will make your payment in one day and then I go for follow up. Those people only give promises! Peppenny and its customer service are frauding me from last two weeks by showing bank server problem.
