They’re too slow. Apparently this is a scam in cooking. Just like Harshad Mehta scam. They’re holding your money promising few pennies better than market rate and holding until they make money off it either due to exchange rate fluctuations or something else and then release your money. That’s the reason they take longer than usual processing times. As usual the customer service bots give you standard replies.

I am having very bad experience with them. They just hold the money for about 10 days and if we ask just repeat the same answer. They should look upon their transaction processing time. No doubt they have better rates but there is not proper customer service also.

it has been 10 days and my trasnfer still pending. reach customer care multiple times and got only one reply we are working on it.

Never use them, they hold the money for over a week, and you have to beg them to get your own money. I would rather pay 1.99 and get the money in hrs time.

I want send money to india one of my friend told me to use paypenny this time they deducted money in my account on the spot on 09 may 2025. But not credited in my Indian banks account still pending now.when i try reach out coutomer support they send same msg again and again Dear user, due to high traffic, transactions are taking more time. Your money is completely safe. Please wait 2-3 working days for everything to be settled. I never suggested anyone to use this paypenny app. usually I used remitly app.

Waste of time and money. It took so long to credit my money into my Indian bank account. They always reply to the system-generated message whenever you ask about the status or anything. I would never recommend using the platform.

Worst app. Just using my money. Please don’t use this app. They are scammers.
