It’s worst service every time. It takes so long for transactions what if you need to send in emergency. I would suggest to uninstall app don’t use the app. Could be scam with you.

Pathetic customer service. Money takes more than 15 days and still no transfer to India account. They show the transaction as completed but no money has been transferred. When I raised a concern they are asking me for my statements and passwords. I don't think they are legit anymore.

Using the PayPenny app has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a financial service. Transactions take 6+ days to process — completely unacceptable in today’s digital age. This delay shows a shocking lack of professionalism and responsibility. It honestly feels like the app is run by people who have no real knowledge or experience in handling financial operations. There’s no proper customer support, no clear communication, and zero urgency when users are facing issues with their money. If you value your time, peace of mind, and financial security, I strongly advise against using PayPenny. This app is not ready to handle real users or real transactions. Extremely disappointed.

Around 10 days and transaction not completed. I can see many people complaining about it and the computer generated response given on whatsapp. I think they are making money through keeping millions of dollars in the bank or investing somewhere for short term gains and then paying to customer back. I think their model of operation is corrupt. May be in the future we would be told or would not get any response at all, that the company is bankrupt. I think it is best to move to another safer and quicker option like Wise. It would not be a difference of 10-20 dollars but it is safer.

So slow service, I initiated my transfers on June 2, 2025. Its been 10 days and I havent received anything yet. If these transactions go through (I really wish that they do), I am never gonna use this app again. Yes, they give great rate but they are so slow that I think I can compromise on paying few cents more.

I transferred money using PayPenny last Tuesday, and it's now Wednesday — almost 9 days later — and I still haven't received the money in my account. This delay is completely unacceptable, especially for something as important as international money transfers. I’ve been trying to get updates, but the support hasn't been helpful or clear. I expected much better service and reliability. Very disappointed and won’t be using this app again.

I scammed by today only they hold the money and when i asked they sent me default message which i was read here too after complete my transaction. Now my question is.:… my money is still safe means anybody getting the money in their account after some days of transferred?
