I am very annoyed with Paypal. They refunded the money I paid for a perfume that I really wanted I purchased from Ebay and was expecting the product. They canceled my transaction 1 week after the purchase without the permission of the sender or the seller. There was no reason except that there may have been a glitch After being on the phone for hours yesterday waiting to speak with a supervisor who told me that she would rectify the situation by sending the money back to the seller, nothing was done. The agents bare speak English and they seem to have trouble understanding and cannot reply without reading a script. I was hours waiting to speak to a supervisor today. When i finally spoke to the supervisor she told me that it was impossible to send the money back to the seller. The first supervisor gave me the wrong information and false hope. This was a gift for my mother. Owing to Paypal's stupidity she will not get her gift by April 19 even if I place the order again. Paypal has really gone downhill. I have been a customer for 12 years and I am extremely unhappy. If there is a glitch with Pay After Delivery....FIX IT!!!!!!!!!! Otherwise I will not be able to make any more purchases with this horrible company until it is fixed. A very unhappy customer,

It has been more than a month after initially notifying them of a problem which they have still to correct. The techs who have corresponded seem to be the most inept I've ever come across in any company.

PayPal took money from my linked bank account, unauthorized. It supposedly went to an organization that I've donated to before, but they did not receive it. My bank refunded the money, and I unlinked my bank account. Now my PayPal account is restricted unless I send them personal documents--which I refuse to do. But they won't let me close my account--which I want to do-- and if anyone sends me money, I won't be able to access it. I spent 4 hours on the phone with PayPal before contacting my bank, and got nowhere. The most frustrating financial issue I've ever had. Is there some legal entity to file a complaint against PayPal?

I read an article recently that Paypal have been in trouble in the USA with data and this is a further cautionary tale that shows you mustnt use paypal under any circumstances. I tried to open a paypal account with my email address and discovered that its already in use with paypal with a lady in the USA. I know this because I went through their security checks and shut down her account and i got the email to say that I had, revealing her the last 4 6 digits of the other woman telephone number. When I spoke to paypal 'customer service' woman(yeah they are a joke!) to advise this and to explain their was a major issue, she said that she would email the other lady to advise the problem. Guess who got the email. DONT USE THIS COMPANY, YOUR DETAILS ARE NOT SAFE.
