I would never again purchase from Pavar. they do not live up to what they advertise. I purchased a mat and within the month of not even using it only a few times the lights went out in the top section and like other people that I’ve read in reviews they contacted Pavar and got the same runaround as I did… First no reply after I let them know that it wasn’t working within four weeks of purchase. I had to contact them to get my first reply. They would send my complaint to another department for it to be reviewed and they will get back to me thanking me for my patience. I then again waited a couple weeks and notified them again. They had me take a video of all the sections, the controller, to turn it off and on, unplug, re-plug yada yada, which made no difference. Again with apologies they said it was still being reviewed. Now if anyone in the right mind purchased an item brand new supposedly and it stopped working within a couple weeks. Common sense is the answer, to a refund or return for a new one promptly… Finally got another response after contacting them again and they stated that they understood my frustration and apologize for the length of time, but I needed to return it for them to investigate and get back to me. And just like the other reviews stated it was to be returned to China, which was a large fee on us to return for an item that stopped working shortly after they had it. It states at the top of the order form 90 day guarantee money back…when I said something about the fee and why did it have to go back to China when I purchased it in the US there really was no answer but an apology for having to pay for the return. They did offer me a 40% refund to me. That’s a slap in the face for something that was brand new I only had for a little less than a month and only used a few different times that didn’t work. Now, since the end of May that I had this issue, they send me an email offering me a big discount on a new mat… I don’t think so. I was really hoping for a good outcome with the product. I would’ve accepted a replacement mat with shipping on them to return the damaged one, but that wasn’t the case. I hope whoever reads this thinks twice about purchasing because I have read many reviews the same as mine and also have learned to look into more reviews when I purchase an item because a lot of them are false reviews as I was told…

This company is running a scam in the highest degree- poor customer service, not honouring their return / refund policy, making it out to be my problem that I’m not happy with the product size, performance, it’s poor quality and there is no value for the mi ey here. They refuse to provide instruction on How to return the item and refuse to refund me my money. They continue to hide behind their “desire to work with you to help give you maximum benefit from the product and use it for 90 days” - stay away from this product and the company!! Very poor product and very poor customer service.

Don’t buy awful company the return policy is fake and won’t communicate with you at all avoid at all costs the mat is so small as the pictures make it bigger than it looks. Awful customer service too as they didn’t even reply to me at all.

I bought the mat, before even 60 days were up, light had gone out in two places. I contacted the company and sent pictures. They sent a list of things to try….nothing worked. They sent another list of things to do, didn’t work….I sent more pictures they requested. They said I had to return the mat at my expense so they could check it out. I googled the address and it questionable if the box would get there or return back to me. Meanwhile I saw several other people have experience the same issues as me. The Company offered to give me a 40% refund to keep mat. I googled the safety of using a mat with burned out bulbs. The mat would work for a short period of time, but the effectiveness will drop! I’m 77 years old and this experience of this Company is really stressing me out!!!

The product has been helpful in that it is relaxing but I haven’t noticed any improvement in recovery time or pain. My main issue is correspondence with the company- I emailed several times re taking it abroad and any issues on the aeroplane- no response. I have had it around 3 months and a large square of lights now don’t work- again emailed and again no response. Buyer beware!

Good morning. I thought I was the only one having issues with them. Several lights went off, 1st one row, and they kept on progressing after using it with their recommended settings. The solution they offered was to return the mat at my own expense so they "can look into the problem" in China. My parcel came from UK, through Shopify. Reporting passionascents.com to Trading Standards. Cheap quality imitation!

I regret that I didn't look at the reviews here before ordering. Somehow my address got a numeral changed. I use auto fill for my address and believed it correct until I saw the conformation page after confirming order. I immediately sent a message followed by 5 additional messages. The last being I would contact my credit card company to dispute the charges based on an incorrect billing address on the charge. I finally got a message saying they changed the address however couldn't correct the shipping because it had already been shipped. I had an additional message the same day saying it had been delayed because large amount of orders. I don't have what I paid for and am unlikely to have it. The most frustrating is the hours I have spent trying to correct this . Nothing is worth the frustration It is interesting your reply is that you tried to update the address but it was already sent. I sent a message to your customer service minutes after the order confirmation page so minutes after the order. I sent numerous emails over days and have the records. I only got a reply when after my final message I stated I would contact my credit card company and challenge the charge because you used an incorrect billing address. Nothing you state is true your excuses are obviously false. You had plenty of time to correct the address before shipping you didn't contact me for days. You challenge my review with this site requiring me to provide information to you or my review will be taken down. I have wasted more time with you than I will every time you cause me time and difficulty I will seek out your adds and warn people to look at the reviews on this site there are numerous bad reviews.

After corresponding with customer service and another conversation with my doctor, I’ve decided to keep and try my full body mat for my arthritis and bursitis for the suggested time frame. I’m hopeful for a positive outcome. Instructions are straightforward and will use it regularly.
