Career Mastery by Paul Bickford Solutions is an amazing program. It successfully helped me land two offers with compensation packages approaching $300K. Paul, Tonya, Eddie and Max are not only committed to the individual success of their clients...They Are Invested!!! They are genuinely excited as you progress from being unseen to seen to securing interviews, advancing to the final phase of considerstion and ultimately landing an offer. During my process, I realized growth in both my professional positioning and personal life. Now allow me to say, this program is for serious professionals who are willing to do the work and make the changes that absolutely will result in you becoming the CEO of Your Career. I highly endorse and recommend this program

Paul and his team are an exceptional group of professionals. I have had many coaches approach me over the years but there was something about the sincerity and passion in the way Paul speaks that was heart warming. I can tell you simply. He cares about people. When you show kindness and concern for the wellbeing of others needs, hopes and dreams something amazing can happen! Paul and his team worked with me over three contracts and patiently took my calls over a two year period of time. I rarely write reviews but I can tell you if you want an A plus business coach, it’s Paul and his team. You definitely won’t be disappointed!

The entire program was amazing. It was a totally different way of looking at myself, my life and how I have come to be the person that I am. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The combination of the sessions, breath work and conversations effected me more than I ever expected.

I was asked to write a review for Paul Bickford’s program, and my first reaction was hesitation. I am not someone who easily opens up. But after giving it some thought, I realized this was an opportunity not just to talk about the program, but to speak on the journey. My journey is not over, but I now have better tools to build something greater. When I entered the program, I was out of work, dealing with family challenges, and at the beginning of a divorce. It was one of the most uncertain times in my life. Still, I took a leap of faith. I felt a strong, divine pull, like God was telling me this is where you need to be right now. What I found was more than career guidance. I learned how to let people in, how to trust the process, and how to truly connect with others and with myself. This program is more than a career reset. It is a life changing experience. Is it for everyone? No. But if something inside you is telling you it is right for you, do not hesitate. Do not second guess it. Take the leap. And for me, that leap paid off. I landed one job, then another. More importantly, I made life altering changes. I have seen firsthand the power of faith, mindset, and discipline, and how they can elevate your life in ways you do not expect. Thank you Paul, but more importantly thank you God for placing me in the right place, at the right time, with the right people.

After nearly 11 years growing my career at the same company, I was laid off and spent almost a year searching on my own. Within weeks of completing Career Mastery, I started receiving proactive recruiter outreach and ultimately landed my dream role. What makes this program stand out is the combination of mental wellness and practical job search strategy. The LinkedIn positioning and personal brand work are strong, and the interview prep was exactly what I needed. The coaching team is exceptional; each coach brings deep expertise in their area, collaborates well across the team, and was genuinely willing to make individual time when needed. I had been doing many of the right things independently, but Career Mastery brought it together in a way that meaningfully elevated my results.

Paul BICKFORD Solutions is a full service process offering a hands on touch to helping people through the mental and physical career search process. Everyone is easy to work with and very experienced in all steps in the career search process.

The collaborate approach is what made my experience exceptional. From our first conversation, the team demonstrated a deep understanding of the job market and how to position my experience to find the right role for me. They didn’t simply match résumés to job descriptions — they took the time to understand my background, track record, leadership style, and long-term goals. What stood out most was their proactive communication and strategic guidance throughout the process. They provided clear expectations, thoughtful feedback, and strong advocacy with hiring managers. Their preparation support was practical and aligned to real-world executive conversations, not generic interview advice. They don't just help you find a job, the design a solution that allows you to be the person employers are looking to hire, both professionally and personally. I highly recommend partnering with them.

Exceptional follow up and follow through. Paul and his team really care about their clients and want the best for them. They helped me transform my mindset and improved my confidence level, allowing me to take my career path into my own hands! Highly recommended service!
