The delivery was inconvenienced by delays in manufacturing which is fine. What is not fine is the seller's communication and handling. After purchasing I sent 3 emails over the course of two weeks, trying to get into contact about shipping details, to which there was no reply at all. Eventually I got a response, which finally communicated the delays, and yet essentially blamed the customer for not following their social media page for updates. For an online shop, this is quite a poor expectation to have. No refund or compensation for the delays, just a voucher for their shop which I will not buy from again anyway..

I ordered a shirt from their website, they accepted the payment and then I didn't hear anything further about the shipping. I contacted them 2 months later after not receiving anything and got no response via email. I followed up a month later to still no response. I contacted them twice via their online contact form to no response. I contacted them on social media to no response. I ended up having to do a visa dispute through my bank to receive a refund.
