Patriot Gold GroupReviews of patriotgoldgroup.com

Mike took the time to explain every thing. I have recommended Patriot Gold to others based on my experiences.

All of my questions and concerns prior to purchasing as a new customer were promptly and honestly answered by knowledgeable representatives. The transfer of money was simple via ETF. Delivery of the gold and silver was completed quickly. The salesperson followed up to insure delivery was made.

Cal was very courteous and professional. After I received his voicemail I called the first chance I could. I left Cal voicemail thinking I wouldn't hear back from him until tomorrow but he called back promptly and I enjoyed the conversation I had Cal.

information provided to roll over to a new IRA helped to expedite the process.

Andy Clay was very helpful in explaining to me help a Gold IRA works. Andy was very patient with my many questions in setting up the account and with the purchase of which type of gold/silver I should get. And Andy has always been helpful with answering any questions I may have later. My only recommendation is that the Equity website needs to be update to show market trending charts and actual sell prices, not just melt price.

Patriot Gold was easy to work with. Luke and Charlie were courteous, responsive and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them. They are experts at rolling over an IRA and always professional.

Mike Hennessy made my transition very clear and easy. Since the transfer of our IRA, I’ve probably made a half dozen calls to Mike with questions. Always there and took as much time as needed to answer my questions. Very good man. Excellent Customer Service

From the first time I talked to Luke, he was so very helpful and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand! I appreciate you all, and look forward to doing business in the future!
