I spoke with William Manning on 5/3 to rollover my 401K to precious metals, he was very knowledgeable about your products and very helpful with the process. He followed up during and after the process. He was a pleasure to work with. I periodically get contacted by other people on your staff, just checking in. It's nice to work with a great company you can trust!
