Patriot Gold GroupReviews of patriotgoldgroup.com

With concern for the safety of our savings we decided to purchase precious metals through Patriot Gold. Our experiences (multiple purchases) were carefully orchestrated with respect for our goals. We began the process with conservative transactions and continued to increase. Regardless of our investment value with each transaction, we were provided with the same respect. The product is of high quality. We will now be lifelong customers.

Everyone that I talked to from Patriot Gold was pleasant and most helpful and very patient with me (71 years old) in getting my 401k and my IRA rolled over to silver: Charley Chartoff and especially Matt McQuinn. I would highly recommend your company because of these two guys. Thank you very much. I started signing up in October 2022, and have used Patriot Gold services from Matt to keep me updated with reports. Always friendly and most helpful.

Kristen called to check up on my experience with Patriot Gold Group since selecting them to manage my IRA transfer. I stated to her that my account manager Mike Fahrenkrug provided all the information and guidance to facilitate the transfer. It has been a professional and pleasant experience to date. I have recommended family and friends to PGG.

I have used Patriot Gold Group several times and they have never disappointed me. Andy and Mike go above and beyond the call! I never had to wait for a response to my questions and concerns. Each time I reached out to either one of these gentlemen, I had a timely result and I was dealt with the utmost respect and professional attitude. I will always use Patriot Gold Group for any of my future precious metal purchases.

I just made my first foray into the precious metal investment field and have done so with Patriot Gold Group.. There is a lot of positive vibes on the Internet about PGG. There product array, I am certain, speaks for itself. Moreover, every customer service representative I've dealt with---whether for a couple of minutes or much longer has been professional, well informed, patient and polite, With this, my representative, Kristen, was awesome in every facet.

Order was placed and filled with no problems. Helpful sales rep and process for self-directed IRA.

I was very nervous about closing my current 401K and transferring it into a metals IRA. But Patriot Gold Group made it not only easy, but explained every step AND followed through 100% to lock in my investment as quickly as possible. I spoke to 2 reps, the first one was so personable he welcomed me to call him, even for prayer! And the IRA rep has been responsive to every email and phone call. I would recommend hands down when dealing with this company.

William was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. All my questions we’re answered and made my process very easy.
