Where is the Sixth Star?
I usually don't give five stars, why? because I feel it stalls the 'strive for excellence' and exceeding of expectations, I believe you should have a Sixth Star! exceeding all expectations! From my first contact with, 'PGG', I was treated with dignity even though my investment is pocket change for many, I still felt I was treated with courtesy, all my questions were addressed and the 'rollover' was seamless. I want to personally thank Kristen Tucker for all the time she spent with me getting to know my situation and helping with each and every aspect, I also want to thank Sam De Spuches for the time he spent with me on the phone also a shout out to Charley Chartoff for his time as well, You all painstakenly listened to my endless rhetoric with an attentive ear and still performed. Going forward with, 'PGG' I have yet to actually 'deal with' the My Equity people, be sure to know, If there is anything negative on their side you will be notified.
