We saw your ad on TV that convinced me you were a conservative group, so I made contact. Everyone I spoke to or exchanged email with was helpful in explaining your setup and the process to transfer my last 401k to an IRA with you. And then moving part of my existing IRA to an IRA with you. I am still learning this investment market and I am sure your staff will continue to help me thru this learning curve.

In April I contacted Patriot Gold and spoke with Kristin. I was looking to open a precious metals IRA, but had many questions. She answered many of them then sent me additional information to answer the rest. On 6/13/23 I contacted her to set up the account. She went over everything, somethings twice, to be sure I understood it all. I had help as needed to complete all the forms. She made sure I was comfortable with the investments I was making. I know I can contact her anytime to answer questions as they arise.
