My initial contact with Liz was great. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The application and account set-up was much quicker than I anticipated. Top notch company and employees. Highly recommend.

Michael and Andy were very informative and helpful during my rollover and metal purchase. They took the time to make sure I understood the process for the transfer. Gave me several options to choose from for my gold purchase. Then listed pros and cons for each item. Told me to take a couple days to think about my options. And call back when I decided. No pressure.

Matt & Jim were able to answer all my questions. Didn't have to say I'll have to ask my supervisor and get back to you. Like most investment people.

I was pretty lost when it came to precious metals. I had one conversation with Tim and I was so much more at ease with the process. He was very honest about how things worked which I found very helpful! I would recommend Tim and Patriot Gold to friends and family. Thank you, Craig and Vilma Lewis

From the moment I reached out to Patriot Gold Group, I felt like I was in knowledgeable and trustworthy hands. Their team guided me through the intricacies of precious metal investments with patience and clarity. Their transparent pricing, prompt customer service, and extensive industry knowledge truly set them apart from other companies I've dealt with in the past. I was particularly impressed with their dedication to ensuring my investments aligned with my personal financial goals. I wholeheartedly recommend Patriot Gold Group to anyone looking to diversify their portfolio with precious metals. A five-star experience from start to finish!

Prompt call back on the weekend with my initial inquiry, which I was not expecting. I was expecting a call at the beginning of the week. Surprised when the phone rang within 5 minutes of leaving my inquiry message on a Sunday. Very thorough in explaining the process. In addition, my circumstances are such that the process to rollover takes extra steps and longer time to get funds released (3-4 weeks). They stayed with me in a timely, responsive manner to get the rollover done at each laborious step. Also, always available to answer my questions and to provide me with information I needed for some extra documents my state requires me to complete first to get approval for rollover application. Kudos to Patriot Gold.

My rep Kristen Tucker was a well of information and showed extreme patience helping me learn what I didn't know, and correct what I thought I knew, about IRA investments in gold and silver. She's been quick to respond to my many questions and is without a doubt my go-to person for any additional help or questions I might have, including future decisions on how to move or increase my holdings.

Once we made the decision to transfer my 403b funds and my husband’s IRA into Silver my research brought me to Patriot Gold Group based on their outstanding ratings. My initial contact person was Andy who thoroughly explained the process of transferring our funds into a Silver IRA. We were not pressured or rushed to invest with Patriot Gold, but were given the time and information necessary to make our decision. Once we did, Andy provided us with information about the cost and resell value of various coins in the approved group of silver we could transfer into a Precious Metal IRA. He provided valuable information about the best bang for our investment. We were confident that we had made the right decisions. The process was simple and completed once the funding source approved the transfer. When Andy was away and I had a question, Will provided me with the answers I needed. We are very happy with both agents and confident that our funds are in good hands.
