I started the Gold IRA process via chat from the website and was contacted by Kristen via phone and email after that. The step-by-step process was easy to follow and when I had questions, I just called or emailed and she answered or got back to me quickly with answers. Patriot Gold Group handled the IRA creation process, transfer of funds, purchases and storage arrangements. Document signing was done by me digitally online. The entire process was completed in the timeframe they initially specified. I really appreciated the personalized service that Kristen and the folks at Patriot Gold Group provided and highly recommend them if you are considering investing in precious metals.

This past September I decided to purchase precious metals, so after considerable research, I chose Patriot Gold to do business with, and I’m glad I did. Jimmy Walker did an excellent job explaining the entire process. Jimmy was very easy to work with throughout our conversation. We had follow up calls to ensure the transaction went smoothly without any problems. Jimmy made this purchase so easy that a month later I called Jimmy to make another purchase. I love to do business with a company that has extremely knowledgeable and professional employees. Thank you Jimmy Walker and Patriot Gold. I’ll be in touch.

I first contacted another Gold seller and did not have a good experience. I then contacted Patriot Gold Group and was pleased with the quick response, the personal attention, contact availability, and thoroughness in answering my questions. There were no surprises in the process and the quotes and delivery dates were met. I am confident that my IRA is secure.

This company had great rating with BBB. I had a lot of questions and they took the time to address my concerns. This was all so knew to me. They were always respectful and courteous to me. Thank you

I liked that when I asked questions My rep. answered them directly . During the process he checked in to see if I had any other concerns that I may not have thought about. Great communications makes good business relations.

Everything was done in a timely manner.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received with Patriot Gold. I called another company before contacting Patriot Gold, and they just emailed me some information. I had very little understanding of how all of this worked, so I was confused trying to understand the information they emailed to me. When I reached out to Patriot Gold, I assumed they would also just send me some information, and I hoped I could kind of piece together what I needed to know. Instead, I received a prompt call back from Will. Will was very friendly and patient with my many questions, and he helped explain the process to me in a way I could understand. Will walked me through the entire process explaining everything to me every step of the way. I would highly recommend Patriot Gold to anyone interested in investing in precious metals.
