Your salesman did a great job.

Jimmy Walker, explained everything about my IRA transfer and I can say he did a excellent job.

The guys were able to answer all my questions without making me feel dumd even though i knew nothing a out the process.

Good information and experience staff.

Andy & Michael very professional very helpful, very courteous, made me feel very comfortable with the process, had an answer for all my questions, it was really a pleasure to talk and go through the process

WHILE CHOOSING PATRIOT GOLD GROUP THIS YEAR, IT WAS FROM A DECISON CONSIDERED OVER SEVERAL YEARS. MOVING OUR IRA [WITH ANOTHER BANK] INTO GOLD / SILVER WAS A MUST FOR US. AFTER RESEARCHING THE MANY VENDORS "OUT THERE", WE CHOSE PGG FOR THEIR SERVICE, DETAIL, INFO GIVEN, OPTIONS AVAILABLE ... AND OF COURSE THE FEE SCHEDULE. WHILE DISAPPOINTED WITH MYSELF FOR WAITING TOO LONG TO DECIDE, I'M HAPPY TO HAVE MADE THIS DECISION WITH PPG ... AND WILL REMAIN WITH THEM PERMANENTLY.

Andy Clay is just a phone call away. Most of the time he answers on the first or second ring! He is very knowledgeable and is able to answer any question I need. He explained the process for my mandatory withdrawal and then processed the check. I am very pleased with the outcome.

I have never dealt with precious metals before but they are making my first experience easy
