Patriot Gold GroupReviews of patriotgoldgroup.com

Andy and others in the Patriot support team did a terrific job, making easy work for me to transfer IRA accounts from Fidelity Investments to gold IRA backed investment at Patriot Gold. They stayed on top of the process from start to finish. What seemed like a very complicated transition turned into simple steps with the Patriot Support team guiding us all the way. I highly recommend Patriot Gold to others seeking to secure their IRAs with precious metals.

Elizabeth lane was very professional and friendly, which made the transaction easy when I purchased my gold and silver

Investing with Patriot Gold Group is easy and a great experience. Kristen is amazing!! She walks through everything, answers all your questions and makes understanding the process a breeze. She is fast to respond and ease any questions and provides a piece of mind. If you’re looking to invest in precious metals, I highly suggest this organization who put people and their interests first. Not to mention, their fees are the best in the business from what I researched for months before investing

I found Patriot Gold group from a few Youtube channels I follow. I was nervous and apprehensive because of all the scams that are out there nowadays. After much research, I decide to give it a shot. I spoke with Kristen, who answered all my questions and walked me through the process of how to buy physical gold and silver. She was very patient and provided excellent customer service (seems to be rare today). The products I ordered were high quality and arrived sooner than expected. Another family member was impressed with my order and decided to order from them as well. If you are unsure, I can reassure you they are a legitimate and trusted company. Pull the trigger and give them a call.

Kristen does a great job, she emailed back right away, she explains very clearly and i enjoy working with her. Kristen, keep up the great work, will see you again.

I have never written a review before, however, my experience with PATRIOT GOLD GROUP was way above my expectations. I am so grateful for that. My service provider was Kristen T. She was wonderful to me. She had the most beautiful voice. I new what I wanted to do, move my IRA into metals but had no idea how to do it and I am very uncomfortable being on a computer. Kirsten quickly put me at ease in so many ways. She clearly and patiently answered every question I asked. It I didn't quite understand clearly, she rephrased it in another way and even gave a few examples to give me word pictures. I loved that. This was my retirement so I had to make some decisions regarding my choices of metals that I wanted to get. Once again I had questions about how this whole PATRIOT GOLD GROUP worked. Lots of questions. She was so very patient and kind. She required that I made the decisions and not her. She was very professional and warm at the same time. She called me back on the phone just like she said she would. When I called her, she promptly returned my call which surprised me. I'm 71 years old. I felt at ease with this movement of my funds. She explained step by step how the transfer would take place. The transaction happened just like she said. The funds arrived. She helped me on the computer. Walked me through all the pages and explained what I would be seeing so I wouldn't get lost. If I could rate my experience and Kirsten higher that a 5, I most certainly would. Thank you PATRIOT GOLD GROUP!

Liz was very responsive and answered all of our questions. I recommend Patriot Gold to my family and friends.

I brought a personal situation to James Walker and he immediately got started to assist me with it. There were a couple of hick-ups and he responded quickly. It was all brought to a resolution and I am very thankful for his assistance.
