When I decided to purchase gold with my retirement funds, I called Patriot Gold and was lucky enough to get Liz Lane as my go-to sales person. She knew it all and was proud of her company and the responsibility placed on her for other peoples' investments. We talked many times on the phone and she was very responsive to every question or concern I had. Then when we were toward the end of the transaction, she went on a previously planned and well-deserved vacation, which left me in the hands of Kristen Tucker, an equally adept sales person. I found my entire experience to be professionally handled and personally gratifying. They were both extremely proficient and kind. There were no stupid questions, only a depth of knowledge that was helpful and immense. Thank you both for handling my transfer to gold. Especially you, Liz, as I feel, I can call on you anytime, even after this transaction has been completed, for any sort of transactions or recommendations in the future.

I had plenty of questions about the form of payment, how it was being sent, and when I would receive it. Knowing that I was giving up a lump sum of money, I wanted to make sure it was legit. Kristen answered all of my questions, and when I called, she would always return my call the same day or within 24 hours. She is the best, and I will work with her in the very near future. I also shared the information with others. I would give a ten but there is only five stars.
