Jack made us feel that he was lazer focused on our getting the most we could from the experience. And that I think Jack and Bob went to the same high school did not hurt. The order was processed as promised (efficiently).

For those Patriots who like shinny rocks - Kristen Tucker is a “Rock Star’!! She is Kind - Patient - Knowledgable about the business. What is not to like!! She also has a great sense of humor!!

My wife and I worked with Luke Morel as new customers. We were clear on what we wanted to do and were ready to move but lacked essential details. Luke provided a thorough overview of the mechanics involved including the time each step might require. The details he provided were easy to understand and proved accurate. His descriptions of products were very helpful as well. We have called him a couple of times since making our first purchase and he has answered promptly and given us the time to talk things through. Matt and Jimmy weren't pushy and gave me the right amount of attention / space to make my decision. They were also patient in answering all my questions and I appreciated them getting me up to speed on how the process worked.

I saw many commercials for Gold IRA's. I picked 4 companies to research, first with BBB reviews and then websites and phone calls. I chose Patriot Gold Group after talking to Kristen and she helped me understand the whole process. And every time I called she either answered the phone personally or returned my call promptly, even after transaction was done.
