Kristen at Patriot Gold group is the best!! She is so nice and helpfully and honestly the reason I chose this company. Every other place I called just sounded like they were reading from a script, not Kristen. If I had a question she couldn't answer she wasn't afraid to say she didn't know and that she would find out the answer. She would let me know when she would call back and she would call at that time! doesn't sound like much but shows they care about what they are doing! Everything went smooth when dealing with them and especially her. Thank you Kristen!
