It was easy.

I at first knew nothing. They were patient and taught me a lot so I could make an informed decision.

Customer service was great, I was concerned about the amount on my invoice not matching what was shown in my Equity account but it explained to by Liz Lane she did a outstanding job. And I do appreciate the call back from the customer service.

Working with Liz Lane at Patriot Gold is the best. She provides excellent customer support in a world that has forgotten what customer support and service is all about. I wish the rest of the world could take a page out of Liz’ playbook. The world would be a much happier place if we were all treated as well.

Patriot gold was very helpful in rolling over my retirement accounts from various employers into one. They also helped me to diversify between gold and silver. They took a complicated situation and made sure I understood the transactions.

Meeting Kelly Cook and Kristen Tucker made me feel very comfortable in making my purchase, I have already made up my mind to buy precious metals but didn’t know what to do. They educated me and helped me do the things that I needed to do on my end, after completing the items that I needed with my retirement institution I called them back, they verified the information needed to continue. When that was completed and some Docusign had been signed, Kristen Tucker called me to tell me everything was cleared and that I was ready to move forward. Kristen guided me every step of the way literally! I consider myself a very lucky person to have met Kelly Cook and Kristen Tucker! They are both “Superstars” in my book! I hope that when I am ready again to make a purchase that I will be able to talk with them again! Thank you Kelly and Kristen and all of you for your kindness and professionalism!
