Tim Ranson is the best! He talked through all my questions and handled all the logistics with care and thoroughness. I had a name change and had to change all the documents after the sale and he handled it without hassle. He wasn't selling... he was sharing his expertise and knowledge and then facilitated the investment with ease.

With what has been happening in the stock market recently, I decided that precious metals was the best way to go. Also, with research, I found that Patriot Gold suited my need perfectly. And I was so fortunate to have Kristen as my customer service rep. Any uncertainty I was confronted with quickly disappeared with her extensive knowledge of precious metal investment. Kristen is a gem!

Jimmy was courteous and punctual. We had time difference, East Coast vs West Coast. He worked to accommodate my needs and explained the process in detail. He sent over the appropriate paperwork and explained the process thoroughly. I received the product I ordered in 3 days, about two weeks earlier than expected. Jimmy followed up on the transaction a few days later and my wife and I were pleased with the product we received. The product was extremely carefully packaged and arrived in perfect shape. I would purchase from Patriot Gold Group again. Jim
