I’m really impressed with Patricia Nash, not only for their beautiful bags but also for their amazing customer service. I purchased my bag a couple of years ago and recently noticed two spots on it. I contacted customer service, and they were incredibly helpful. They truly stand behind their lifetime warranty and arranged to send me a replacement bag. It’s so refreshing to see a brand that genuinely stands behind the quality of its products and takes care of its customers even years after a purchase. Excellent customer service and beautiful, high-quality bags. I’ll definitely continue buying from Patricia Nash! ❤️

I bought the Melissa belt, it's a very cool design. I inquired before purchase where it was made and customer service responded made in China. Since I couldn't find anything like it made elsewhere I decided to purchase it. When I recieved it, it was labeled made in Vietnam. Which to me is better. I tried to do a review on their site and mentioned where it was made and received an email that my review could not be posted since it didn't meet guidelines. Clearly they are trying to appear as a small USA company and not wanting to be transparent about where things are made. They actually make nothing just an importer. The belt is nice but the leather quality is not great. I'll stick to USA made products in the future.
