Changing telephone systems can seem complicated, but with Len's knowledge, the process is simple, and the features amazing! I can't tell you how easy it is to communicate with my Seattle office while in Spokane. It is as if we are in the same building! Something else I appreciate is as we work remotely, the built-in phone features, like custom auto-attendants, hold messaging, call forwarding, and more, make every incoming and outgoing telephone experience professional. The new system from Pathway Communication makes life for my employees and my clients super easy!

Pathway is a great company with customer service skills. They are promt, honest and has provided excellent IT solutions and services. I will rely on Pathway for any technology services in future as well.
