Pathrise provides a great set of tools that are bound to catalyze your job hunt process and help you identify your weaknesses. Not only do they provide a great set of mentors, their weekly events, and an invaluable alumni network get your foot in the door. They're calibrated to onboard fellows with all ranges of experience and mentors make sure that they are personally invested in your success. The fellowship can get slightly expensive if you're already experienced and require minimal assistance but they especially helped me negotiate my offers and get me a better deal.

Found a great job in 2 months with Pathrise
I was struggling with my job search after some failed interviews, and Pathrise helped me get back on track. I especially found the weekly check ins with my advisor to be great in keeping up my motivation and application volume, and I landed a great job after 2 months of being in the program. Overall I feel the price (income sharing) is fair because who knows how much longer it would have taken me if I did not join Pathrise.
They had a lot of great resources with respect to passing the full spectrum of leetcode-style programming questions you might encounter. There were also opportunities to practicing your soft skills interviewing, although I think I could have used more help in that area. Generally I felt that the program was geared towards highly competitive large/top tech companies and hot startups, whereas if you are aiming for medium-small companies which rely less on leetcode-style programming questions and more on whether the interviewers like you or not, this program may not be ideal.
Overall I was impressed with the quality of the program though and would highly recommend it. I would just do research to make sure it is the right fit for your job search needs.

As an SWE fellow at Pathrise
As an SWE fellow at Pathrise, Pathrise is great if you don't have much knowledge about the interview process or a good approach to job hunting. They provide weekly career and industry sessions for 8 weeks that are aimed at maximizing your application responses and interview success, these provide great insight on different approaches/tactics on getting those application responses and how to pass them.
They also provide different workshops outside of the core 8 weeks, these include weekly behavioral, pair programming, job-a-thon, and interview-overview workshops which are all beneficial (if you attend them).
I will say that Pathrise's most valuable resource is their mentors since they are the ones who you'll be interacting with during all your meetings and workshops. You will be assigned industry and career mentors, you meet with your career mentor weekly and industry mentor is based on when you schedule meetings (usually once every 3-4 weeks).
There are some factors to consider before joining Pathrise and some thoughts I have, as with any ISA that will be taking money from your paycheck. First is obviously if you can afford to have 18% of your pre-tax monthly income taken away for 6 months, for me this wasn't an issue as a single new graduate with no student debt. One thing that's obvious is that Pathrise won't find a job for you, they have some job opportunities to offer but most of your time at Pathrise will be learning ways to maximize your application responses/interview success and actively applying those tactics in YOUR OWN time. So there will still be a lot of applying and studying for interviews, just the approach will be different. One of their biggest downsides I could say is that I only had 2 meetings with my industry mentor (partly my fault for not scheduling more), the first one went okay but it was mainly just a mock interview. The industry mentor didn't really take any time to go over what my approach to job hunting has been so far, my background, my skills, or my resume. Once I completed the initial meeting he simply gave me a excel sheet of problems I should complete, once I completed the problems I set up a follow up to go over my resume. The feedback and advice I got were questionable since I was simply asked to change my title to appear more attractive and list skills/technologies on my resume that I haven't used by simply watching a 5-10 minute YouTube video and having a high-level of how the tech works. I was hoping to get a better overview of how the content of my resume could improve but that wasn't the case with my industry mentor, so I scheduled a meeting with a different mentor and got the help I was looking for. This last thought is more geared towards Pathrise, but try to require having industry meetings at least once every 2 weeks like it's set up with the career mentor. I gained the most out of these meetings so having a set meeting every two weeks with the industry mentor could make Pathrise even better.

Good, but depends on your use case
I originally did the program to get a job in companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft. Pathrise does a good job of prepping for those types of interviews. They also teach how to approach the application process. The biggest plus was the mentor that they assigned you for, who provided a lot of support both mentally and emotionally.
In the end, however, I got a referral from a friend and did an interview at a company that wasn't "Leetcode" style. For companies with take-home projects and system design interviews, Pathrise isn't too useful. I was already prepared for this interview because it's more similar to my experience.
Later, when I got the offer, Pathrise helped me negotiate 10k higher than my given salary, which was awesome. I do feel like I could have landed this job and negotiated decently without Pathrise, though. I still had to pay the 9% fee even though I got the job without too much Pathrise helped. If i had interviewed at a different company, all the interview prep I did would have definitely been more useful.
Overall not great for how I got my own job, but I would still highly recommend the program to interns (9% of internship pay is way cheaper) or people without previous job experience looking to interview at FAANG-like companies.

Great way to focus your career search!
Pathrise is made up of individuals who genuinely do care about getting their fellows the best job offers possible. Their one-on-one support gave me a chance to vent about missteps, but more importantly, support and advice for how to keep getting up and moving forward. Their workshops are very helpful, and there is really a correlation between how much you attend them and how much you are rewarded by this program in the end. At one point, I attended a workshop on onsite interviews the night before I had one, and I ended up getting the offer! If you feel like you need career advice distilled for you and you have the time to put in 10+ hours per week in ADDITION to their workshops, you will come out on top.

Although the idea is not new
Although the idea is not new, but Pathrise brings the job seeking game to another level. A group of experts dedicate to help you and at least two coordinators/ adivsors meet up with you weekly to guarantee you landing a job. The workshops provide both CS knowledge and job hunting skills. A lot of eyes opening techniques, and good connections overall. I was skeptic in the beginning, but it works for me. Got several offers from FAANG and other. One thing is that you need to put your effort in, do your cold emails, do contact recruiters, be on your toes for the exercise, don't be shy from asking questions during workshop. Best of luck in this time of uncertainty, it is tougher, so this should help

One of the most efficient 21st Century learning platforms
My review is based on the fact that I had done a program similar to Pathrise right prior to it called AudaciousYou here in Toronto.
AudaciousYou had a lot of similarities in that both programs are all about helping young professionals get hired by top companies with a "you get as much as you put in" sort of personal/professional development process.
However the one thing that made me choose to do another similar program after Audacious You was because Pathrise had dedicated mentors and tracks that were focused on my career of digital product design. AudaciousYou was very much so transferrable skills - focused and therefore graduates of that program were more geared towards roles in consulting and finance.
Aside from the dedicated mentorship, I also do indeed like how Pathrise operates under an ISA - Income Share Agreement. The only thing I didn't like was that it was remote. I wish I could've seen people IRL and engaged with my mentor IRL.
I also wished I had more time to apply everything that they had taught. Unfortunately, once again - you get as much as you put into it, and unfortunately for me, I didn't get as much as I put into it because I didn't put in enough of my own effort.
Mainly - I didn't have enough time to update my design portfolio to be impeccable enough to get my dream job.
However, I learned how better to tell my story and I learned other things that I know I'll apply in the future.
I do love how the program cares about being as efficient as possible in one's job hunt, from the application to interviews, etc, and they care a lot about leveraging technology to fast-track the job hunting process. AudaciousYou was very much so focused on soft-skills and soft skills only as well as things like "you gotta network" and other such things, but Pathrise gave us premium access to Crunchbase for example and taught us how to send out email blasts.
Pathrise respected the time of their mentors and mentees to minimize the amount wasted and maximize the output. This is what I appreciated most about Pathrise - is how much it cared to be efficient, ultimately and how it continues to care to be so.
