PathriseReviews of pathrise.com

I worked with Pathrise for most of my job-search process. I was pretty impressed to learn about the diversity of both Career and Industry advisors that Pathrise has and I was fortunate to work with Elliya and Peter. I learned about various job-search tools through Pathrise that I had never known before. The workshops conduscted by them are pretty helpful. Pathrise helped me apply different techniques for building a useful network that ultimately led me to my dream role!

TLDR; They take out the guess work from job search and provide you with a personally tailored learning curve for you to get the job you want! I was introduced to Pathrise by a friend when I couldn't figure out why I was not hearing back from companies. Was it my Resume? Was it my cover letter? Did I not have enough work experience? Or was my work experience not apt for the job? Is it worth writing spending 20 minutes to write a new cover letter for every job? Is LinkedIn Easy Apply actually working? Not knowing which direction to invest your effort is a huge waste of time which leads to delay in getting a job, stress, and frustration. Pathrise answers all these questions for you and give you a "path" to "rise" to your potential (puns completely intended). Pathrise has studied the hiring process in a data driven way and quantized what needs to be done at each step. They recognized that getting a job in the SWE industry is an objective process, just like most of software engineering. Mentors at Pathrise explain what happens behind the scenes, what recruiters look for, how to prepare for technical interviews and how to put your best foot forward in interviews. I would recommend Pathrise to anyone and everyone looking for an optimized, organized, and guaranteed way of unleashing their potential and getting the job they want! Good program

Polina was an excellent mentor. Her marketing experience and willingness to jump in and help me craft better copy was invaluable. Watching the workshops Polina put together was insightful and thought-provoking. Seeing how another person works through marketing objectives was extra helpful. I had a great experience all around. I had 2 mentors assigned to me with different focuses. My second mentor was Eliya and she helped me keep me on track and was a massive source of encouragement. Having accurate analytics was critical during my hunt. You guys rock.

Found a job about halfway through the program. Little bit of luck, but I can't discount the interviewing structure and accountability that the program provided.

Pathrise taught me skills which I use nearly 2 years later. I was able to learn how the interviewing experience truly was and accelerate my learning process through Pathrise. I recommend this program to all of my peers.

I was really struggling finding a position as a UX designer after completing my graduate work, but the Pathrise team really helped me understand the entire job search process and provided me with all tools necessary to land a great job. Both my career and industry mentors had a very personalized approach to helping me improve my portfolio website, interviewing techniques, and overall understanding of the hiring process. I highly recommend this program.

The skills I learned through Pathrise are something I can see myself using for the rest of my life and adapting as the industry changes. Pathrise genuinely cares for its fellows and is patient and accommodating. The program is rigorous, but can still be completed even while working and/or in school full time. Throughout my time in program I also saw them invest in adding many new resources and constantly learning from fellows experiences. After completing the program, I feel like the type of curriculum Pathrise offers is something that should be part of every university program, but generally isn't. As a first generation immigrant, I didn't have the chance to turn to my family for advice nor did I feel like my university was able to adequately equip me with the knowledge base I needed to succeed in the job search. I also had challenges in my personal life that made the job search especially stressful. Thanks to Pathrise, I was able to successfully navigate my job search and land on an amazing opportunity despite all of those challenges. I'm genuinely grateful for my mentor and to have had the chance to be a part of the Pathrise program. I would definitely recommend!
