Pathrise is a game-changer for anyone on a job search journey. The level of knowledge and true assistance provided to fellows in the program is top-notch. I just keep wondering why everyone looking for purposeful work in tech isn't in this program. It changed everything for me. Fantastic.

The Pathrise mentorship process has been incredibly helpful and beneficial to my job search. As a new graduate, I was nervous and afraid to begin the job hunting process, and had pretty low expectations for myself. Pathrise helped motivate me to get a strong head start on my job search, and kept me motivated during my interviews with their amazing resources such as mock interviews, lectures, coding sessions, and more! As of writing this review, I am now in the final onboarding stages for a company I just signed with, and will be making more than I ever could have even imagined coming out of college. I know some people may be afraid of their 9% cut from your first year's salary, however my justification is that Pathrise helped me start with a much higher salary than I would have earned if I hadn't joined the program, and I don't mind sharing that with the people who helped me make it this far. I would rather work together with people who will help me earn the best possible salary I can get, and pay a relatively small fee in exchange for higher earnings in the next several years. I see what my alternative would have been as; staking it out on my own and settling for the incredibly low salary I originally thought I was worth when I just graduated. Pathrise is an excellent program for new graduates and those entering the job hunt again after previously being in the workforce for a few years. I sincerely recommend this program to anyone who has a similar mindset of "share the labor, earn more rewards in the long term."

I am in my 3rd month at Pathrise and the mentorship and the technical workshops are great. I have a structured approach for job applications and can see the difference in responses to my applications based on my new resume! The weekly discussions with my career mentor and portfolio reviews with industry mentors are super beneficial.

Pathrise was an amazing service for me! I was transitioning from a career in education to a career in software development. I had no previous experience in the tech industry except for some online course work and personal projects. They have an incredible platform of resources and mentors that can help you hone your skills and optimize the job search. I love that they do not teach you gimmicks. They teach you how to utilize simple strategies to maximize the efficiency of your job search. They also tailor the program to meet your needs with a mentor-driven approach. Finally, they teach you common frameworks that you can use to approach algorithm development and solving problems with code that dramatically improves the technical interview experience. My confidence in tech interviews went up tremendously! Before I started with Pathrise, my job search consisted of completing applications and getting nothing but silence. After Pathrise, interviews became a regular occurrence. I was able to pivot my job sourcing to better leverage my strengths based on interview feedback and reflections with my mentor, I landed an incredible internship, and I finally landed the job I've been looking for! The experience has been wonderful, and I highly recommend you check them out if you are wanting to get an advantage in the tech sector.

I had an amazing experience with Pathrise. Within two months, I was able to pivot into the tech industry in a booming sector of tech (SaaS, Cloud, Cyber) with no prior experience in the tech sector. Pathrise is unique for several reasons: 1. The incredibly high-touch support from industry mentors and career mentors 2. The in-depth, insider trade secrets of recruiting 3. The network you receive in fellow students and alumni 4. Unmatched tech sector exposure and expertise 5. Care. Everyone--from the mentors to the administrators to the instructors-- really care about you and want you to succeed.

I went in kind of skeptical of a service like this being able to really make a difference. I had worked with career advisors before and they were fairly helpful, but ultimately didn't end up helping to make a big impact in my job search. I can say with certainty that the support that I've gotten and the things that I've learned using Pathrise have made a very positive impact on my job search. Whereas I struggled to get even a phone screen before, now my problem is figuring out how to continue my job searching in the middle of juggling multiple interviews. It really made that big of a difference. From the career advisors to the industry mentors to the perks and weekly workshops, there's really an amazing amount of material and help you'll get. If you use what they offer, it will definitely make a difference. Highly recommended.

Pathrise is amazing! Before Pathrise, it felt like my applications were going down a blackhole. I used their career coaching services and followed all the tips and training that was provided and it made a world of difference. I could see the difference in what I was doing before Pathrise and I was able to identify all the things I was doing wrong in my job search and learned new things to increase my application response rate from employers. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a new role.

Went there because I was not feeling confident about tackling the job market. They successfully helped bring back my coding confidence as well as giving great tips and tools to succeed in interviews (1-1 mentoring sessions, technical workshops, behavioral workshops, mock-up interviews, interview preparation resources and many more). I did not have to randomly search on the internet. I got everything in one place. Would definitely recommend.
