Pathrise helped me get 20+ interviews at top tech and startup companies. Before Pathrise, I was barely getting interviews. After 2 months into the program, they helped me make a system that helped me find the right opportunities, how to hear back from recruiters and hiring managers, interview really well, and secure offers. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to level up their opportunities, especially if you feel stuck with your current search.

The Pathrise fellow program is rigorous and requires A LOT of work, there's no way around that. But the upgrades I have made to my resume, LIn profile and responses to interview questions have really helped. I am getting many more calls from recruiters than before. I am still looking for the right fit, but I feel so much more confident and capable than I did before the program.

Like most things in life, you get out of it what you put in to it. If you are committed and ready to do the work the people at Pathrise will bend over backwards for you. I started with the sole purpose of improving my interviewing skills and with the guidance and support of the mentors I absolutely achieved that goal.

I think my goals and needs were a bit different than most who do Pathrise, but it still worked out for me. I had ten years of experience in my field, though some of it was unconventional, and I was looking to take the next step up the career ladder, as well as move to a different caliber of company. I also had a perceived weakness in interviewing that I wanted to shore up. Pathrise helped me improve my resume and LinkedIn, the latter immediately resulting in more inbound messages from recruiters, and while I never sent applications with the original resume, so I can't compare, I can say I had an excellent response rate with the new one. I then worked with several industry mentors to improve my interviewing skills, focusing on specific problem questions that had come up in past interviews. This helped me provide better answers, and go into interviews with more confidence. After about 3 months, I received an offer I was happy with, and Pathrise helped with negotiation advice. It was a good offer to begin with, but I was able to negotiate a bit more. Would I have landed a similar position without Pathrise? In all honesty, probably, but I'm certain it would have taken longer, with more frustration, and less direction. Which I feel was worth the price of the program. And I'm confident that the skills I learned will benefit me for my next job search, paying further dividends.
