TRAUMATIZED MY ENTIRE FAMILY. I had to ship to the USA and Canada and they messed up the mailing addresses and one got lost! They wouldn't expedite over their mistakes. RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. What was supposed to be quickly ended up taking Months!!

Paid $85 for overnight shipping. It’s been days and only a label has been printed and they have no idea where my tests are at. Will not issue a refund I am filing claim with bank!!! Do not use them or any of the other names they go by. Search the address in Texas for other names

WRONG TEST RESULTS!!! This company only tests a handful of DNA matches. CAUSING HUGE PROBLEMS WITH INCORRECT TEST RESULT. When DNA is fully tested by companies that we also used like Ancestry.com or MyHeritage.com they run the full 700,000 DNA looking for all the matches. Not leaving any family questioning who they are! I am so glad, we decided to use the other two companies to verify what the first result showed. This has caused extreme mental disharmony in our lives. DON'T BUY PATERNITY! No-one should have to question relationships like what they caused.

Wrong result! Completely wrong result! Worse company. Gave me trauma! Now I’m raising my daughter without a father! They don’t even want to give me my refund!
