I have been working with Patch of Land for a few years now and they work well to provide lending on investment properties. Ernesto, thanks for sharing. Our entire team works hard to provide exceptional customer service. Sometimes the best thing we can do is provide a quick "no" if it's not a deal we can fund. Glad you have a nice relationship with Marie. We love her too!
