This is a scam site. Bought a license and uploaded my doc. a word file I need opend.. 24 hours later I get a somewhat standard email. saying they where unsuccesfull. That is not ok. with a bruceforce attack and a claimed supercomputer, it migt take more the 24 hours, but it will crack it. No repons from the site. I claim it is scam

I bought an licence key and they were unable to find my password which was a little surprising but never mind. What was more concerning was that I emailed them to request a refund and my emails keep bouncing. I then tried to message on Facebook and the DMs will not send. I am starting to worry I have been conned. Update: I have also tried to call them and their phone number does not work. Further update: after pursuing the payglobal agents I have now finally been issued with a full refund. I had to relentlessly email them though! Lesson learnt- do not use this site!!!

Warning: do not use this service if you're looking to find a lost password on a VBA Project. They cannot find it, despite their website pricing indicating they can. I paid the fee (£31.95) only to find that they can only remove such a password. They will only find a password to open a file. Not recommended at all. There clearly is not enough effort made to clearly inform what this website can and can't do. I find this lacks integrity - it's deceptive and dishonest. RESPONDING TO THE REPLY: the info on the website is contradictory. On the pricing page, it indicates £15.95 to remove a password and £31.95 to find a password. It seems to be deliberately deceptive and confusing. UPDATE: to their credit, my payment was eventually refunded, and they've changed the wording on their website to make it a little clearer what can and can't be done, which I appreciate. Looks like TrustPilot works, and fulfils a useful function.

Dear Paul, we apologize for the inconvenience. Since our service wasn't useful to you we can refund half your license price. Unfortunately we can't issue a full refund of your second order as we did for your first one since you have successfully used your license key to find password to open for your file. As you can see in our refund policy, usually we do not provide refunds if the file is successfully unprotected: https://www.password-find.com/refund_policy.html However, since you didn't need that password, we can refund half the license key - the rest is used to cover the price of the server time spent on cracking your file. We also would like to thank you for your feedback. You are correct - we can only remove VBA passwords and our intent is to clearly inform our users, not to deceive anyone. That is why license you have bought has a following description: "One license of this type allows you to REMOVE an unlimited number of passwords restricting shared access, REMOVE 1 password to open and FIND 1 password to open." https://www.password-find.com/prices_password_recovery.htm And we make sure to always mention that Find approach is only for passwords to open. You can also see it in the table here: https://www.password-find.com/prices.htm We will use your feedback to make our service better in the future.
