the photos arrives in a speedy manner, but are totally unusable , since they are so very dark I cannot even recognize the faces, therefore I waisted almost $50.oo on nothing. Maybe you can look at the files and reprint them and make sure they are acceptable to the passport office. The process of it all seemed so very good and I'm really disappointed.

Horrible- please use another service. This one is awful. They never sent me my passport photos and you cannot call them ( no customer service number) and when you email you get an automated response and the never return your email or look into your issue. I had to pay to get my photos done by a more reputable company:(

The photo was not accepted

It was my first time using PassportPhotos.com. I admittedly made a mistake in accidentally purchasing the physical photos to be shipped to me when all I needed was the digital copy, but it was not clear to me whether the digital copy was provided with every purchase or whether you had to specifically choose it. I followed up immediately when I didn't receive the email with the digital photo and by the time they responded they said it was too late and the order had been dispatched and there is nothing they can do. Unfortunately I did not get any of what I needed from this purchase.

Their phone no. Also does not exists. Very disappointing experience. So don't go for passport photos here
