This company delivers and lives up to all expectations. The quality of the pashimna is great. The monogram stitches are beautiful. . They sent the package with DHL Express, and it arrived exactly on the estimated date. 1 day before Christmas. I am very grateful, deliveries to Spain can at times be slow.. Thank you, pashmina.com. I highly recommend you.

Issue with order, did not arrive despite Fedex saying item had been delivered. Company took a while to resolve and customer service was not great as I had to chase for an update many times but refund eventually provided. Appreciate it was a Fedex issue but this could have been handled better. I should have been provided with a refund straight away whilst the two companies resolved this between them.
