If I could give zero I would. Purchased a part for my 2022 Pathfinder, entered the vin to verify fitment. Received the part, didn’t fit, requested return and heard nothing, had to chase them. Returned the item they said would fit and they charged me a re-stock fee. Then radio silence when I complained, eventually tried to justify the charge for their mistake. They are a shady online company, I am now going to follow up with a small claims court action.

Once order has been made (10/8/26) & shipping is about 5 days out, they report order cannot be cancelled (10/10/26) - this is unacceptable because the customer pays for all shipping including returns so they are not in any hurry to cancel an order although it had not shipped or was scheduled for shipping!!! I will never order from this company again - ever!!!

Bestilte via ebay en 3. stoplygte til min Nissan Note.. order 04-14825-57040.. Og den kom i dag med GLS. Totalt ny i originalemballage.. Fin handel.. Passede perfekt.. Så kan varmt anbefale at handle hos partsfornissans.. 😁👌

stay far away from this website. They do not respond to messages and will not resolve any issues. It is a scam. Had to do a chargeback to get a refund.

I tried to contact them for a return and they have completely ignored me and now the return window has closed. They also bent a part that they packaged, but I let that go because it was more than 72 hours after I received it before I opened it, and their policy is clear about defective merchandise, so it's on me for not checking it. I won't purchase from them again though, and I guess I'll keep the stuff I don't need, until I do.

Don't buy from them if they send you the wrong part they will not respond when you ask for a return beware.

Dont trust this company for any parts for you Infiniti/Nissan. Untruthful, Slow Shipping.
