Having such a terrible experience with the parts department, I ordered a part over a week ago and the "ready to ship" status has not changed. I've been emailing and calling all their phone numbers. No response, I spent $120 on this part feels like I've just been robbed. (Order #51184)

This site advertised a part I purchased but without me noticing it took me to parts.lovelandtoyota.com. I purchased the part and received a confirmation email. Never recieved any other communication ubntil I tried to call which the number did not work so I emailed. They replied with no source for the part and I have yet to get my requested refund. I am having to process a chargeback due to what I consider to be a spam site toyotapartsovertock.com. Toyota Parts Overstock Order Confirmed (Order #12436810)
